Started his career as an insurance professional in 1990 and over the past 33 years has worked in all the operational areas of general insurance
industry – underwriting, claims and accounts. Switched side from Insurance company to risk advisory role in 2008 and continues to consult
corporates in insurance and risk management space with special focus on Renewable Energy industry and EMobility.

Long term associate to the founder and inspiration behind setting up InsPRO Insurtech primarily to
bring value proposition to the Renewable Energy industry harnessing the large amounts of data collated form the generating assets and using the
same to set up a one of its kind Asset Rating / Ranking process which would immensely help in asset management and also in management of insurance
programs ( rating, classification and claims)
Over the years he has worked on multi-diversified roles from project manager, strategy – energy consultant, handling IPP, technology,
Certification Manager to CEO, with significant experience in Europe and North American Markets besides the Indian market. He has more than 22 years of
diversified experience in the Energy Sector with work experience across regions of Europe, NA and APAC. Masters of Engineering in Renewable Energy
from Curtin University, Australia, he is currently Advisory ( Strategy) to Trebu India ( a Netherlands headquartered company Before this engagement
with Trebu Pramodh was Strategy Advisor with Enercon GmbH along with working as a technical advisor for A P Advisory, Netherlands.
Played a pivotal role in setting up one of India’s largest Independent Service Provider as CEO of Renom Energy.

An entrepreneur at heart, with over 2 decades of experience of which the last 10 years specifically spanning
in EV ecosystem. He was at the helm of affairs handling the Strategy, Fleet Operations, and Investor Relationships at Lightning Logistics
(ENTOO, a part of Micelio Group). He handled India’s second-largest EV fleet of both 2W and 3W.
His experience spans across EV Manufacturing,
Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Product Positioning, Sustainable Last and Mid-Mile Logistics, Financial Institutional connections, EV Component
Supplier connections, and Leading Charge Point Operators in India. Before entering EV ecosystem, he had an experience of 10 years
in the IT industry, and gained knowledge in different aspects like Software Development,
Sales & Marketing, Key Account Management, Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Pre-sales Management.
